Disney Launches An Extensive Catalog of Games on Steam

Becomes the newest publisher for Valve's platform. Guess what game DIDN'T make it over, though.

Disney has been publishing games for a fair few number of years now, and though the quality may have been patchy and on average questionable, it’s hard to get platform agnostic family friendly games that play much better than what they offer- especially since Nintendo is forever locked to its own hardware.

Today, they announced that their offerings would be made available on yet another platform- PC. Specifically, Steam, as over 20 Disney games will be coming to Valve’s digital distribution service. To celebrate, and to get you started, Disney is going to put everything on a sale (10% off) until October 12. To further entice you, it also has two bundles, namely, Disney Mega Pack and the Princess and Fairy Pack.

The full list of available games is as follows:

  • The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
  • Disney Alice in Wonderland
  • Disney Fairies: Tinker Bell’s Adventure
  • Disney G-Force
  • Disney Pixar Brave: The Video Game
  • Disney Pixar Cars 2: The Video Game
  • Disney Pixar Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales
  • Disney Pixar Toy Story 3: The Video Game
  • Disney Pixar Toy Story Mania!
  • Disney Planes
  • Disney The Princess and The Frog
  • Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure
  • Disney Tangled
  • Disney Tron: Evolution
  • Disney Universe
  • Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two
  • Disney’s Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree Animated Storybook
  • Lego Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game
  • Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End
  • Pure
  • Split/Second

Yes, all of this, and still no Disney Infinity on PC, though at least it’s a whole lot more likely now. Still, some of the games on there are definitely recommended- Lego Pirates of the Caribbean, Pure, Split/Second, and Tron: Evolution are fun enough that you might want to give them a gander.
