EA Sports College Football 25 Had More Than 5 Million Players in its First Week

Over 500,000 of those were playing via the game's EA Play trial, with the rest having purchased copies of the long-awaited sports title.

There was immense excitement surrounding the long-awaited release of EA Sports College Football 25, and to no one’s surprise, that has been reflected in impressive initial sales and player numbers for the sports title.

Electronic Arts recently shared its most recently quarterly financial report, in which it recorded net bookings of $1.262 billion, a lot of which is attributed by the company to the success of EA Sports College Football 25.

As per EA, the game attracted over 5 million players in its first week alone, of which over 500,000 players played it through the EA Play trial, with the rest having purchased copies of the game. Previously, the company had revealed that the game attracted 2.8 million players in its early access period alone. Read more on that through here.
