Could you imagine playing as a super mutant or ghoul, that would be pretty cool, be a "successful" human alien hybrid, be an android like from the common wealth looking like the terminator, half human half deathclaw "like an enclave experiment" changing your characters height, weight, muscle tone and such for be amazing like they did in Skyrim.

Yes we know this is fake but if anything Bethesda looks into these sites aswell to flag them as spam and when they look into the comments if they do they will see are comments and might take into account some of are ideas. We know it's a fake article or false release idea but it does let are imagination run and collaborate on ideas about improving the game we all want. As for the do we all have common sense for reading his article you realize in all your criticism you aswell are on this just like us so your own words apply to yourself and have a nice day.

I agree they would have to be more fluent for FPS gameplay but I'm talking more about given special abilities for the SPECIAL traits. The cyborg would be another cool idea for maxing Intelligence with that survival aspect so nobody becomes too powerful. Great power with some sacrifice, as for perk with the ones from 3 and NV their's enough but improving on current content would be a major plus. Besides with the new generation consoles and current ones they could really improve on graphics and more natural movement from the character while also including advanced weather to feel more apocalyptic and such.

Now see I would have to disagree because it would offer so much more to an advanced gameplay that wasn't present. It would give you a special reward for investing so many points into one area that would make you want to explore into other play styles. I'm not saying make it a perk per say but just an ability you unlock like from a SPECIAL's menu or such to help with otherwise tedious tasks.

Besides their have been times where climbing a building to get on higher ground for sniping would have been a major help. Flipping over large debris or cars would help when running low on health from incoming enemy fire. Max perception maybe add thermo vision to shoot things otherwise too difficult to aim at and max intelligence to maybe reverse engineer alien tech to boost power armor capabilities, the possibilities are endless.

Cool idea of perks for maxing SPECIALs.

10 LK: 5% chance of that a hostile enemy, alerted to your presence, will be killed by a falling anvil.

10 PE: the compass would display not only show the hostile-status and direction of being, but also graphically show how far away. Same for undiscovered locations.

10 AG: ability to scale walls, cilff faces. (vertical walking). Or a 50% bump in AP.

10 ST: opens a special unarmed-only storyline with rewards for not using weapons

10 INT/CH: opens a special non-lethal storyline where you think and talk your way through situations and problems and get reward for no kills.

i play mainly PC now but used to game a lot more on 360. PC elitists need to really jump off that bandwagon of bashing consoles, it doesn't make you look cool. you sound like a little b#tch.

I think they should add super mutant and ghoul to the playable races and add a weather system so you can have acid rain showers that slowly deplete your armor and dust storms that makes it more difficult to move and depletes your health if you don't have a face mask or helmet on. Weapons i'd like to see is a liquid nitrogen gun, a chain sickle or flail for steath. Perks i'd like to see are new skills and combos for melee weapons to add wider range gamplay for melee weapon users and i'd also like to see a shadow double perk for 100 sneak characters

I'm not going to lie I first played Fallout 3 and New Vegas on the 360 and fell in love with them, but since the Xbox One came out and I no longer have a 360 I bought New Vegas for my PC and I love it so much more. So to me, it doesn't matter which Fallout 4 comes out for whether Xbox One or PC, because with PC there's mods but with the Xbox One I have the ability to talk to my friends that mainly game on the One.
