Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercises Passes 700,000 Units Sold

The rhythm fitness title is currently available on Nintendo Switch.

Imagineer has revealed that Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise for the Nintendo Switch has sold over 700,000 units worldwide. The fitness title launched in December 2020 and had 600,000 shipments and digital sales as of March 2021. Unlike Ring Fit Adventure, which offers a more well-rounded exercise routine, Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise is all about boxing to the tune of music.

Tracks include “Break Free” by Ariana Grande (Feat. Zedd), “What Makes You Beautiful” by One Direction and “Don’t You Worry Child” by Swedish House Mafia among others. The title offers nine virtual instructors with multiple challenge levels and the option to create custom workouts. Along with not requiring a separate accessory like the Ring-Con, there’s support for two player co-op.

Of course, with Ring Fit Adventure having sold over 10 million copies worldwide, it remains to be seen if Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise can achieve the same levels of success. We’ll have to wait and see in the coming months so stay tuned.
