Yeah, I agree. Just bought Forza 5 today, and I’m pretty impressed with the visuals. You can find Jaggies on any game, unless you’re using a $4000 PC. I also read that Forza 5 had been downgraded visually since E3, but that doesn’t seem to be true either. They said that at E3 there were people in the crowd waving flags on the Prague track, and they aren’t there now. That’s false. I drove around that track really slow and the flag wavers are there. They also said the shadows aren’t as detailed, but that’s false too. The first thing I did was check my game versus these pictures I had seen on the web. Are they purposely trying to mislead people? I mean, you can make an argument for F5 lacking cars, or omitting a few very popular tracks, but you can’t knock the visuals. I am not the biggest Forza fan, so I’m not “coming to their defense”. I just think it’s popular to beat up on xbox one right now.

The author also brings up Drive Club. Have we even been shown real gameplay? Doesn’t it run at 30 FPS? That isn’t very “next-gen”. That is why drive club was delayed. If Forza had dropped to 30 fps in order to increase the visuals, then people like this author would have taken to the streets. “30 fps is not next-gen!”. “The Xbone is underpowered”. But drive club is a PS4 game, so it gets a pass.
