There are a HUGE number of xbox 360’s and PS3’s capable of running pirated software, Stop kidding yourself. The GTAV console torrent is one of the fastest shared torrents in torrent history.

Publishers and developers will always prioritise Consoles over PC because the number one thing that puts off any publisher on PC is piracy, particularly in countries like China and Russia, who will get a hacked copy GTAV out on torrents as soon as it is released. Very sad but true. (This happened on consoles, but there are a tiny fraction of PS3/X360 that have hacked consoles able to play it so it made no difference to record breaking sales of GTA5 on these consoles).
