God of War Ragnarok is unlikely to get any story DLC, but that doesn’t mean developer SIE Santa Monica Studio is completely done with the game. New updates and patches will continue to be released, while additional features can also be expected. One of those – and a fan-favourite one, at that – has now become available.
Sony has announced that Photo Mode is now available in God of War Ragnarok. Those who used the 2018 title’s Photo Mode will find a lot of familiar features here, including being able to apply facial expressions to certain characters (Kratos, Atreus, Freya, Brok, Sindri, Angrboda, Thor, and Thrúd in particular), hiding main or side characters in a team, and more.
Players can also adjust camera controls with options for field of view, focal length, and camera roll, while shutter controls can also be adjusted with depth of field, focus distance, and F-Stop. Meanwhile, brightness and filter options are also included with film grain, exposure, and filter intensity (with finer controls for vibrance and saturation). Players will also be able to apply vignettes, borders, and logos.
