Gran Turismo series producer Kazunori Yamauchi has started teasing new cars that will be making their way to the most recent entry in the franchise, Gran Turismo 7.
While not outright naming or showing the cars, Yamauchi is posting tweets that show off the silhouettes of the upcoming cars. According to Yamauchi’s tweets, these new cars will be making their way to Gran Turismo 7 next week.
This isn’t the first time Yamauchi has teased new cars for Gran Turismo 7 like this. He tweeted similar teases for an update back in April. These tweets ultimately led to the addition of the Subaru BRZ GT300 ’21, the Subaru BRZ S ’21, and the Suzuki Cappuccino (EA11R) ’91 to the game.
The last major update for Gran Turismo 7 focused on bug fixes, and made several tweaks and adjustments to try and appease players that have been complaining about the game’s low payouts and the need to grind out currency to unlock new cars.
Whether the newest addition of cars will accompany a similarly-sized update as back in April is yet to be seen.
Gran Turismo 7 was released on PS5 and PS4 back in March. For more details, check out our review.
