Gran Turismo 7 Spec 2 Update Launches November 2nd, Adds Four Player Splitscreen on PS5

The massive new update also adds Lake Louise Track, Master License tests, three GT Cafe Extra Menus, and a new cinematic intro.

Polyphony Digital’s next update for Gran Turismo 7 will be its largest yet. Launching on November 2nd, Version 1.40 or Spec 2 will add seven new cars, a new opening cinematic video, Lake Louise Track and much more. Check out the trailer below.

The new cars are the Dodge Charger R/T 426 Hemi ’68, Dodge Challenger SRT Demon ’18, Lexus LFA ’10, Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II ’91, NISMO 400R ’95, Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) ’22, and Tesla Model 3 Performance ’23. You can acquire them all from Brand Central or the Legends Cars Pavilion.

Lake Louise is the new track, set in Canada and having three layouts – Long, Short and Tri-Oval. Other features include three Extra Menus in GT Cafe, new Events (including one for racing against the AI Gran Turismo Sophy), a new Master License level with 50 new tests, and more.

Up to four players can also race against each other in split-screen on PS5. Check out the full details here.
