Polyphony Digital’s latest update for Gran Turismo 7, which adds four new cars to the game, goes live today at 11 PM PDT. Along with unveiling the cars in question, a new trailer has been released to showcase them. Check it out below.
The four cars are the Maserati Merak SS ’80, Mazda Roadster NR-A (ND) ’22, Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R (KPGC110) ’73, and Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 ’18. The Merak is a sports car, first introduced in 1972 and similar to the Bora. It has a 187 BHP 3L V6 engine, though it was tuned to 216 BHP, resulting in a top speed of 155.3 miles per hour.
The Mazda Roadster NR-A (ND) ’22 is a fourth-generation Roadster, released in 2015. It features an upsized radiator and brake rotors, height-adjustable suspension dampers, and a Multi-Information Display for revealing fuel. The Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R (KPGC110) ’73 is nicknamed the “Henmeri” and has an S20 inline-6-cylinder. It has 157 BHP and a maximum torque of 18 kgf-m.
Finally, there’s the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 ’18, a GT3 regulation race car based on the R35 Model GT-R. Its 2018 model features improved front body rigidity, redesigned suspension, improved airflow for the engine bay, and much more.
In addition to the new cars, two new Scapes have also been added. “Autumn Leaves” is set in Nishiazuma Sky Valley in Fukushima, Japan, while “Whitby” is located in Yorkshire and the Humber in the United Kingdom.
