They could be including the free copies of Halo 5, Forza 6, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Gears of War Remaster that were bundled as sales which is misleading but I wouldn’t be suprised coming from Microsoft.

I would argue that one million is still under performingly low, especially if they’re including physical and digital when Gears of War and Forza 6 are about five months old and Halo 5 is coming on three months old.

I don’t think Halo is having any difficulty pushing respectable number’s. The line “all exclusives have sold more than a million” is likely lowballed to match the lowest performing title.
