Blackbird Interactive's upcoming real-time strategy supports ray tracing, HDR, Nvidia DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, and AMD FSR2.

Blackbird Interactive has revealed the final system requirements for Homeworld 3, and they’re moderate, though Ultra and Ray Tracing requirements are hefty. All PC players will need 40 GB of installation space and a 64-bit version of Windows 10/11. Surprisingly, a solid-state drive isn’t required at all.

On Low settings at 1080p, you’ll need an Intel i5 8600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X, 12 GB RAM and an Nvidia GTX 1060, AMD Radeon RX 480 or Intel ARC A380. Medium settings require a Core i7 11700K or Ryzen 5 5600X, 16 GB of RAM, and a GeForce RTX 2070, Radeon RX 5700 or ARC A580.

To play the game at High settings in 1440p, a Core i7 12700K or Ryzen 7 5800X, 16 GB RAM and a GeForce RTX 2070S, Radeon RX 6600 XT or ARC A770. Along with ray tracing, which allows for soft shadows with contact hardening, HDR, Nvidia DLSS 3 and Frame Generation, and AMD Fidelity FX Super Resolution 2 are also supported. Check out all the requirements below.
