All I’m saying is it looks absolutely phenomenal, at least to my eyes with my setup. I don’t see any downgrade at all and there has been many new vids released today, with a few short ones in 4K on Pro. I’m just ecstatic here lol

At 4k the only way it will look worse than the game is if the recording software is using compression. Raw or a very high quality stream should be used…I don’t know if that is the case on any of those youtube videos. Not saying I’m right, but when I take things to task and want to see apples to apples all points of must be verified.

Should add, I’m watching them in YouTube app on Pro (it has full 4K playback).

I’m watching those videos on a PS4 Pro connected to a 100″ Sony Z9D tv (4K HDR). It looks great on my tv anyway, I’m not sure why it’d look much worse than that when playing the actual game?

Unless you can prove the recording devices used can accurate capture full quality 4k AND you are watching those videos on a 4K full resolution system with full support, then (and only then) would you be able to state any confirmed change in quality.
Not picking at you, but it is unbelievable how many people look at garbage (or high quality vids) and view them on a 1080p platform then vent opinions on the ‘its the same quality’ or ‘its totally not 4k!’ items they see.
