Hotline Miami was at point pirated to hell but the game managed to bounce back due to good word of mouth and is a spectacular game too, as you can see from our review here.
Dennaton Games developers Jonatan Söderström and Dennis Wedin told Joystiq at GDC that it is planned for the PC but could end up on the Vita as well since the original game is being made for the system.
This should be really good news for Vita owners as the console is looking to be a indie paradise. They are currently in talks with Sony to release the game on the Vita.
“They’ve been super nice. They let us do whatever we want,” the developers said.
The music is said to feel familiar according to them and the main protagonist of the original game has a minor role to play in the sequel.
