I suspect it’s trolling to get PC gamers fired up to see if we want it enough. But the simple fact is they need to stop using their flaky always on DRM uplay and use the defacto platform PC gamers accept – Steam. Stop antagonising PC gamers with bs rhetoric and release a proper steamworks titles that make use of the online/social features of steam and maybe you might actually do well on pc.

I have noticed that all thier DRM stuff and online connection required for single player play really is really discounted at the store and they rarely sell at a premium.

Uhmm… I’d rather not have a port. They are correct in one way.
Nobody wants thier crappy ports… with crappy DRM… so why make it?

Just a few examples of recent Ubisoft games i have purchased below.

First off Im a PC gamer.

I do not have disagreements with Activating PC games through the internet. I dont think i had a problem with that with FarCry 2.

However thier Assassins Creed Series… online connection required for single player. I did purchase these games. However at a huge discount because its stupid to have online connection required for single player.

I ended up finding a patch that allowed offline play.

Prince of Persia (2008) no drm at all. I ran to the store and got it because of that. They were playing with the idea of drm free. They never mentioned what actually happened to that experiment.

I purchased Prince of Persia (POP) Forgotten Sands. Found out the same crap that Assassins creed happened to the POP series.

I will buy these DRM games but they are always at a huge discount never at a premium.

Well, that sucks donkey balls. I love Post Apocalyptic Games but hate consoles. Oh well back to the Fallout games on Steam

In reply to Tarek. That's BS, there's plenty of great Ubisoft games out. Thing is, if they want people to buy their PC games, they need to stop with the mammoth DRM. Sales suck for them because of that, why they can't get that through their heads is beyond me.
