Not deflecting, stating facts. Bloodborne is stable. It runs better than Dead Rising with graphics that completely destroy Dead Rising 3. That’s a fact. The PS4 is more than likely more powerful than your PC. Going by Steam surveys, there is a very large chance that it is.
