Insomniac Games has revealed that it will be present at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con to promote the upcoming Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The studio made the announcement on Twitter alongside Marvel Entertainment, which revealed its panel line-up for the event.
While Insomniac itself doesn’t seem to be part of any of the panels in Marvel’s line-up, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has been mentioned in the announcement, where it will see more details revealed about it.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 recently saw the release of its title theme “Greater Together”, composed by John Paesano. The theme, which can be checked out on YouTube, features a combination of the themes of both Peter Parker as well as Miles Morales, and mixes the motifs together while also keeping in mind the upcoming game’s darker tone.
The game also got quite a few details about it revealed over the last month, including the fact that it will include Coney Island as part of its expanded take on New York, and that the title’s story will still feature “heart and humour” despite its darker tone.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is slated to hit the PS5 on October 20.
