What are you talking about? He said the Leviathan DLC will “affect” the ending. Nowhere in his comment was the word “changed” used. Your entire comment was based off the assumption that he meant “change” where he said “affect”.

Actually Mike Gamble the producer confirmed on twitter that the dlc does not change the ending it just adds more cut scenes to it. So no your information is invalid, though the misleading information was nice while it lasted :/

I hate people like you, I utterly despise people like you. Personally, I think the world would be better off if we lined you all up and shot you. One by one. If Bioware made a singleplayer DLC with gameplay being its focus rather than story, I can guarantee you’ll be one of the ones saying “BUT MASS EFFECT IS ABOUT STORY, WHY NO STORY?” Fucking idiot. Mass effect IS about the story, to make a DLC which is not heavily story based would be an insult to their fans.
