The hospital there gave an accurate Amputee-arm replacement of the timeline, setting, location, hospital theme but then magically Head transplantation is the one ‘Futuristic’ scientific thing to happen? The ‘Future tech’ moreso, whenever it happens in MGS is because it’s from a private military,or, top secret project that’s primitive or that you research something advanced yourself with funds like with some guns you can get in PW. If it were a hospital that was deeply rooted with the Patriots and had advanced, state of the art machinery that were well-ahead of its time and was not in any way a public hospital, but a top-secret hospital that’s off the radar?
