Microsoft Hires New Corporate VP for US Sales and Marketing

Judson Althoff joins Microsoft after 14 years with Oracle.


Microsoft has announced that Judson Althoff will be joining the company on March 29th as its new president for North America sales and marketing, along with a corporate vice president designation.

COO Kevin Turner recently stated stated that “Judson has a track record of successfully developing, growing and leading global sales organizations with a culture of execution excellence.

“Judson’s proven leadership will enable us to continue to excel in delivering the best devices and services experience to our customers including businesses and consumers.”

Althoff previously worked in Oracle for a staggering 14 years as a senior vice president. He actually has quite a bit of credit, being named the Top Channel Leader or Executive by CRN magazine for 2008 to 2012 and CRN magazine Channel Chief for 2009 to 2012.

His role in Oracle was the ongoing development and execution of the company’s alliances and channels programs and strategies, along with managing more than 25,000 partners.
