Yeah weird phrasing, but they mean the new DLC is not part of the previous DLC Season Pass which has now run out.

No Uncharted Trilogy remaster. I’m sure that has to do the lack of studio capacity to work on it and a reluctance for farm it out to a contract studio for fear of a drop in quality. They are focussed on the new Uncharted and after that it will probably be The Last Of Us 2, but I live in hope for the trilogy.
