This sounds just like the whole apple thing where ANYONE could develop an app. I know this is MUCH more sophisticated and more legalities are to be involved but can you imagine a world where WE are allowed to develop our own dlcs and submit them for approval. I mean after what I’ve seen in modnations racers with track building and LBP level makers it would be cool. Food for thought I guess. Aqua Out!!
