New No Man’s Sky’s PC Mod Allows Players to Glide Over a Planet’s Surface, Lowering Altitude

New No Man's Sky nod allows you to fly closer to the surface, and even dive underwater.

Hello Games’ No Man’s Sky has had a rocky launch so far, with players reporting performance issues and gameplay errors, with its repetitive ‘Life Support Systems Low’ message, even though you still have about %80 left in your exosuit. Luckily, the game’s fans who long-awaited its arrival, are trying their best to enhance their experience with interesting mods.

A new mod, titled LowFlight, allows players to fly at a lower height than you normally do in No Man’s Sky. Not only that, players are now able to look downwards while gliding over landscapes, which is something you couldn’t do in the regular version of the game, as well as flying your spaceship underwater. However, it’s advisable to be careful while flying so low, since the mod doesn’t eliminate damage taken from crash landings.

Below you’ll find a short comparison between flying low in the original game and after installing the LowFlight mod.
