Q-Games has announced that it is working on a new Pixeljunk title, currently codenamed ‘Pixeljunk 1-6′, signifying the fact that this is Q-Games’ sixth Pixeljunk title.
The game is set for release next year, and is being developed for the PC exclusively. Q-Games has released a first screenshot of the game too. It’s posted above.
“We’ve decided to reveal all in our new exciting blog about our next PixelJunk title,” Q-Games head Dylan Cuthbert said in the official statement. “You’ll see how feature ideas seemingly materialize out of thin air and which ones make the cut.”
“People will see what an indie studio looks like completely exposed to the wind,” added lead designer Rowan Parker.”PixelJunk fans are welcome to jump in and comment on what they like most, to help shape the course of PixelJunk 1-6!”
