A few years back, I would have been super excited for this game.

Now? Now I just look at this and I think, “What am I REALLY accomplishing by plonking down $60+ to play this? Am I helping anyone? Am I building relationships? Am I bettering myself?”

The answer to all of that is: No. I’m not accomplishing anything by playing this. Really, I’m just throwing away a perfectly good chunk of cash. I mean… I’m not helping anyone. I’m not building relationships with people. And I’m just sitting there not ultimately doing anything. Alone. By myself. Wandering around a world that isn’t even real.

The honeymoon’s over. The facade has finally been breached. I think I’m done with games.

I want what’s real. I’m done with the synthetic.
