There will be a patch, so it will be updated to the All-In-One edition. No DLC.

Or will we have to pay extra through dlc or something? And does this less expensive price for the game in Japan translate to a cheaper price in Europe and North America? I’m guessing not since we’re getting an english dub as well as multiple subtitles in addition to everything Japan is getting. Besides they’ll probably want to sell it as $60 both so they make more money per sale and because, if Ni No Kuni does well outside of Japan, a sequel is possible. My bet is the game will be $60 and will include all the DLC on disc.
