Norman Reedus Has Faith in Working With Kojima and del Toro

"I have faith that we're going to do something."

Silent Hills aka P.T. may have been cancelled, Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima may be gone from Konami and Guillermo del Toro has sworn off the games industry but actor Norman Reedus – who was to play the lead in the psychological horror title – has faith that something will happen with the three of them.

Speaking to IGN, Reedus said, “I’m super bummed that that happened back in Japan. But I have faith. I have faith that we, the three of us, can do something else.

“There were so many ideas and cool future happenings that were thrown around. I just can’t see us not picking this up somewhere.” That being said, there was only some photography done and “we never got into the full story stuff.”

As for the reaction to the game’s cancellation, Reedus said it made him think, “‘Holy balls. It has to happen. You need to do this.’

“I have faith that we’re going to do something though because it just seems like it was one of those things that needs to happen. It’s like destiny, it needs to happen.”

But will it? Let us know what you think in the comments.
