We finally have an official unboxing video for the PlayStation 4 showcasing the contents of the 500 GB launch package. It features a DualShock 4, mono headset, network voucher, HDMI cable, AC power cord, USB cable and the console itself. It also stars President of Sony’s Worldwide Studios for SCE Shuhei Yoshida amid some rather futuristic settings and funky atmospheric lighting. We have a hard time deciding whether this is corny or not. Either way, it’s pretty cool.
As of now, kiosks for the PlayStation 4 have been established in retail shops featuring different demos you can play for games such as Knack, Contrast, FIFA 14 and more titles. You can check out images of the same here.
The PlayStation 4 will be launching on November 15th in North America and November 29th in Europe. So we’re only 4 days away from the console’s official release in the States. Have you pre-ordered your own or will you be camping outside at midnight on launch day to pick up a console? Let us know below.
