I think 60fps will always be a rare thing in consoles if the price doesn’t exceed 600 bucks for base models at launch.

According to @ww it is a dynamic resolution and according to analysis’ it hardly ever hits 2160p and it still uses 1080p textures. So all it is is a mere resolution bump which doesn’t run at a ‘full 4k’
