Pacific Drive Launches February 22nd, 2024 for PS5 and PC

Trapped in the Olympic Exclusion Zone, players must upgrade and navigate their station wagon to unravel its mysteries and survive.

Ironwood Studios’ Pacific Drive, a first-person survival driving game, launches on February 22nd, 2024, for PS5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Announced in September 2022, it was slated for this year before facing delay. Check out the latest trailer below.

It’s set in the Olympic Exclusion Zone, where various experiments resulted in dangerous anomalies. No one has set foot in it for over 30 years until the player suddenly arrives in their station wagon with no way to escape. The only solution is to chart out The Zone, scavenging for supplies and upgrading their vehicle while attempting to survive the anomalies and learning more about the Remnants.

Pacific Drive has a kind of rogue-lite structure, as each journey is different, though it appears you can plan specific routes. While offering plenty of driving and outracing hazards, certain parts require stepping out of your car to gather materials, which can be harrowing.
