Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus was marketed as the capstone to a generation of troubled Ratchet and Clank games on the PlayStation 3- specifically, it was the epilogue to the ‘Future’ trilogy of games.
As with many other games that Sony releases, it was, however, baffling as to why Sony would release this game on the PlayStation 3, which isn’t exactly hurting for exclusives at the moment, and not their troubled PS Vita handheld. Well, they might at least be trying to rectify the issue retroactively: PEGI, the rating board for video games in Europe, has rated Ratchet and Clank: Into the Nexus for PS Vita. Bafflingly, it has a release date of December 7, which is two days away.
It’s unclear if this version actually exists, or if it has been rated in advance (it coming to the Vita is not out of the question); at this point, we can be reasonably confident that the game will be coming to Vita. I’d just doubt that it’s coming to Vita in less than forty eight hours, is all.
Oh, and for those wondering: it was rated 7+.
