Persona 5 Royal Gets Live Stream On August 2nd

A live stream focused on the game will come next month.

Persona 5 Royal is coming near the end of the year (in Japan), and we’ve been seeing a steady drip feed of information about the massive amount of new content the re-release will bring to a game that was already busting at the steams with material. At the beginning of next month, we’re going to get even more it seems, as a live stream dedicated to the game will happen.

As announced via the game’s official Twitter, the live stream happens August 2nd at 20:00 JST and will feature new information and live gamplay footage. MC Chiaki Matsuzawa, freelance writer Mafia Kajita, and Persona 5 Royal producer Kazuhisa Wada will be presenters. While no specifics are given as to what will be shown, we should get some new material.

Persona 5 Royal releases October 31st for PlayStation 4 in Japan, with a 2020 release planned for the west. You can see all the information, including the link to where the stream will be on YouTube, below.
