PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds PC Patch Fixes Movement Issues

Lowered performance from too many players in one area has also been reduced.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has received a new update on PC and those wondering why it skipped the test servers can be reassured that it’s not that big. The new update essentially reduces performance issues that would occur when there many players in the same area.

It also brings bug fixes to issues like character movement instantly stopping and adjusting or movement being unusual during replays. So if someone seemed to be moving strangely in that last killcam, that should more or less be fixed going forward.

The last significant update to PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds added other ways for players to report each other after matches along with introducing new crates to unlock. These crates contain cosmetics with fairly low drop rates, thus causing controversy for the sheer amount of grinding required to unlock certain items. The highly successful Battle Royale title is also facing issues with cheaters though several cheat makers were recently arrested in China.
