Along with a new trailer and details on Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Game Freak also released new trailer for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Several features from the 2006 Nintendo DS classics are showcased and look better than ever like the Poketch. Check it out below.
The Poketch or Pokemon Watch is a multi-purpose device, functioning as a Dowsing Machine to locate hidden items, a pedometer and much more. A new function, Hidden Moves, allows for using techniques like Cut, Rock Climb, Fly and Rock Smash to navigate the world. There’s also Poffins cooking which can increase Pokemon stats like Cuteness and the option to take a stroll in Amity Square with up to six Pokemon.
You can also cook alongside your Pokemon for higher level Poffins. Characters like Cheryl and Riley, who assist the player in Double Battles during specific events, are also showcased, rendered in full 3D. We also get a brief look at Gardenia, the Eterna City gym leader, and her Pokemon. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are out on November 19th for Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
