Pokemon games have adopted something of a quasi-live service approach on the Nintendo Switch, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are no different. While the RPG duo’s litany of technical issues at launch caused a bit of a stir among players (to say the very least), players are, of course, going to have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks and months.
For instance, Nintendo has revealed what the next Tera Raid Battle events will be featured in the games next. As reported by Serebii, the fourth 1-5 star Tera Raid Battle even will focus on Ice/Flying Pokemon Delibird. It won’t have a Tera type, and the battle will give out Tera Shards as rewards. The event will go live on December 23 at 00:00 UTC and run intil December 25, 23:59 UTC.
Additionally, the next 7 star Tera Raid Battle event has also been detailed, and has been confirmed to star Gen 8 Fire-stype starter evolution Cinderace, marking the Pokemon’s introduction in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Cinderace will have a Fighting Tera type, and also comes with the Mightiest Mark. The seven star event will be live from December 30th (00:00 UTC) through to January 1 (23:59 UTC), and then again from January 13 to January 15.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch.
