Pokemon Sun/Moon New Japanese Trailer Reveals New Pokemon and Plot Details

Including the evil team.

Although the new batch of information for the upcoming Pokemon Sun/Moon was originally due out tomorrow, on August 12, it seems as though the incessant leaks have forced developer Game Freak’s hand- and now here we are with a brand new trailer for Pokemon Sun/Moon, at least in Japanese.

The new trailer basically confirms a lot of the leaks we’ve had for the game over the last two weeks, including new Pokemon, Alolan forms of some old Pokemon, such as Raichu, Marowak, and Meowth, as well as details on the evil Team that we will be facing off this time around- Team Skull. Naturally, the exact specifics are hard to understand since the trailer is in Japanese, and I’m sure we’ll know more when the official English trailer launches tomorrow. But still, the trailer tells us enough for us to get along with for now.

Pokemon Sun/Moon are due out on the Nintendo 3DS exclusively on November 18 in North America and Japan, with the European release following on November 23.
