Pokemon games always have great soundtracks- most Pokemon music has gone on to become iconic and a mainstay of gaming culture, after all. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Pokemon game OSTs are highly valued and sought out- this is music that we all like to listen to.
The good news is that unlike with so many previous games in the series, fans won’t have to wait long to get their hands on the official soundtrack release of the upcoming Pokemon Sun/Moon– The Pokemon Company have confirmed today that the Pokémon Sun & Moon Super Complete Music Soundtrack will be launching in Japan on November 30, for ¥3240.
The package has 175 tracks spread out over four discs, and comes with a 24 page booklet with some commentary and interviews with the game’s music team- so it’s definitely something that all Pokemon fans will want to look at getting. If importing the disc from Japan sounds like too much hassle, however, the good news is that Pokemon game OSTs always get released on iTunes too- so you can always wait for that.
Pokemon Sun/Moon will launch on November 18 in North America and Japan, and on November 23 in Europe, exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS.
