The PS2 era is remembered by many as being one of the best eras in gaming. That particular console generation was host to a whole bunch of dearly beloved games. If you’re one of the people who remembers that era with a bit of nostalgia, then you’ll be happy to know that the upcoming Legacy Dashboard Theme is a complete recreation of the PS2’s dashboard.
This dashboard has been designed to mimic the functionality as well as visuals and sound of the original PS2 UI. The theme has been designed by Truant Pixel and although they’ve done a great job with the new dashboard, they’ve also faced some limitations in the form of licensing issues. This is why the original PS2 logo is not used along with the theme.
