The PlayStation 4 Slim is now officially available. Retailing for $300, this will replace the base PS4 SKU going forward.
The PS4 Slim is offers a smaller design and more energy efficiency than the regular PS4 and comes with a 500 GB HDD. There are bundles currently available to obtain it with a free game like Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and more. Check them out here.
A new update launched this week for PS4, firmware update 4.00, which introduces a number of changes to the overall UI. This includes an update to add HDR for PS4 games that support the feature, thus allowing for a more realistic range of lighting overall.
