TeamKill Media’s Quantum Error has looked like an intriguing prospect ever since its announcement in 2020, and with the cosmic horror shooter now just a few days away from its release, the developer has released a launch trailer to offer a glimpse of what it’ll have in store.
Set in the year 2109, Quantum Error sees you stepping into the shoes of Captain Jacob Thomas, a firefighter who is dispatched to the Monad facility 30 miles off the coast of California in response to a distress call. But what starts off as a simple mission turns out to be something more sinister, with the game promising all manner of cosmic monstrosities, interstellar travel, and more.
Quantum Error is, as previously confirmed by the developer, also set to be the first game in trilogy, which is something that the launch trailer touts as well. You can view the full trailer below.
Quantum Error launches on November 3 for PS5, while PC and Xbox Series X/S versions are also in the works. You can learn more about the game in our interview with TeamKill Media co-founder Micah Jones through here.
