The Epic Games Store has been updated with two new free games this week. These are Bethesda’s RAGE 2 and Funselektor Labs’ Absolute Drift: Zen Edition. To claim them, simply create an Epic Games Store account – playing them requires downloading the Epic Games Launcher.
RAGE 2 released in May 2019 and has been developed by Avalanche Studios and id Software. It takes place several years after the first game and sees Walker, the only surviving Ranger, taking on the Authority. A large open world and driving segments are present like the previous game, but it also has some very good shooting mechanics. Learn more about it in our review here.
Absolute Drift: Zen Edition is a minimalist racer with five free roam environments and 34 tracks. Obtaining a high score by drifting about, completing objectives and unlocking more cars is the name of the game. These titles will be free on the storefront until February 25th, after which Failbetter Games’ Sunless Sea will replace them so get them now while you can.
