Close to a year before its release, Resistance 3 is fully playable, from start to finish- that’s what Insomniac, the developer, said, while speaking on GAF.
James Stevenson, Community Manager for the developer said, “I think… and we have to be careful about discussing exactly where we are in dev… but we totally have a lot of content done (2 years of dev so far) w/ a lot of polishing to go. The game is playable start to finish on disc, which is pretty insane for an Insomniac game w/ this much time left.”
When asked if Resistance 3 will support 3D and Move, he set that is yet to be decided.
It was recently announced at Spike’s VGA 2010 that Resistance 3 would be released next year, September 6th exclusively on the PS3. A trailer was also shown.
