Is that why Japanese franchises are the best – selling franchises in the videogame industry? Obviously you don’t follow the games industry very closely at all. Why don’t you get with the program and realise that every time a western dev tries to be creative we end up with an RPG that has no RPG elements in it whatsoever but instead has a lot of guns, a big open world setting and nothing else. It’s no wonder why Japanese franchises sell better than western franchises.

oh great, we need another 15 hour movie with a little game play and another ludicrous story thrown together to fill the plot holes of three previous stories. and the japanese wonder why nobody but japanese and japanophiles like jap games. get with the program! the days of this kind of crap are dead, dont let kojima continue to make inferior games.

thats not stopping FFX III.
just release it on 10 DVDs and they would have to remove those bluray references, apple references and change the disk jokes.
in fact i need to go back and play it again, its been too long since ive played it.
if it was going to go over to the 360 they would of announced it by now.

i remember him saying hes working on a much requested sequel, my guess would be ZOE.
though i also remember him saying there is 2 new IPs that he also wants to make, what they are and when they will come out is anyones guess.
i remember reading in a interview just after MGS peace walker was announced, he said he wants to take a break from MGS, not like hang up the shoes for good, just for a few years explore something else.
id love to see him make a cop based detective game like stranglehold but more emphasis on the detective side, sorta like batman AA but more detective work.

I’d love to see what Hideo Kojima could come up with on the RPG front. If he’s going to make an entirely new game, it should be an RPG.
