While Sony believes they are in a strong position when it comes to the PSVR, it’s not all sunshine and roses for the company since launch. Several users have been complaining about how the device has performed in certain situations since it hit the market.
Until now, Sony has been relatively silent about those complaints. Earlier this week, they finally did admit that some problems exist, including what’s been described as an image drift. The company said, in a new trouble shooting article that it believes using wired controllers is the problem.
Sony has said players should play their games wirelessly and it went so far as to say how far away from the console and the PSVR device they should be when they are playing those games.
