Sony Celebrates PS4’s Japanese Release With A Batch of New Videos

Showcasing the system's upcoming lineup.

After an arduously long wait, the PlayStation 4 finally launched in Japan, and while the system has next to zero Japanese support, present or upcoming (at least for now, we are sure that will change in the coming months), Sony took to highlighting the console’s (admittedly western centric) lineup in a batch of three new videos.

The videos show us a lot of the biggest games coming to the console- Watch Dogs, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, inFamous: Second Son, Final Fantasy XV, Metal gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, and more. This video highlights another issue with the current PS4 lineup- most of it can be enjoyed on at least one other console, which means the PS4 does not have very many compelling exclusives right now. Of course, in Japan, with the Xbox being a non factor and the Wii U having none of these games, the PS4 versions of these games become de facto exclusives anyway, but still.

Anyway, have you managed to get your hands on a PS4 yet?
