I was confused about this whole thing, they’re both founding fathers of the technology, where do you have grounds for your case LG? .This is like Thomas Jefferson suing Ben Franklin over minor changes in the Declaration of Independence

Definitely boils down to that, but I think I recall sometime ago that Sony went after LG for some phone patent infringement.
So, LG might have some vendetta against Sony on this one….

This LG court case is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. it all boils down to they want a piece of the video game pie but aren’t willing to invest in a console
