Star Child, The Inpatient, and Skyrim VR All Announced For PlayStation VR

Skyrim in VR, hold me...

Sony decided to go in hard on the PlayStation VR today at their E3 show this year, addressing complaints or concerns people may have had about the company potentially not supporting their new, expensive $400 headset all that much or well. To wit, they announced a multitude of new games for the PSVR- including one very special one that will make me purchase a headset for myself, at last.

That game was The Elder Scrolls Skyrim VR. That’s right, Bethesda’s seminal open world RPG will now be playable fully in VR on the PlayStation VR- which was the most unexpected announcement ever, if only because I honestly did not think the PS4 and PSVR would be powerful enough in hardware terms to pull Skyrim in VR off.

That apart, Star Child and The Inpatient were all announced for the PSVR as well. You can check out trailers for all three games for yourself below, and remember to stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information from E3 this year.
