Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – Fighters Pass Vol. 2 Announced, Contains Six New Fighters

It's available to pre-purchase on January 28th.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has a pretty big roster, even without the five DLC fighters that the current Fighters Pass adds. Nonetheless, director Masahiro Sakurai announced that Fighters Pass Vol. 2 was in the works. It will be available to pre-purchase on January 28th and will contain six new DLC fighters this time.

All six Challenger Packs will be delivered by December 31st 2021 so expect them to be spaced out over the next two years. Those who pre-purchase will also receive a Mii Costume from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It’s the Ancient Soldier armor set, one of the strongest in the game.

As for the upcoming fighters, expectations are high considering the number of fighters rumored that didn’t make it into Fighters Pass Vol. 1 (sorry, Dante). Sakurai confirmed that all fighters were already decided and asked fans not to tweet at him about any additions. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months and don’t believe every rumor that you might hear.
