IO Interactive has unveiled gameplay for the next major sandbox location coming to Hitman 2 with Expansion Pack 1 – the Milton-Fitzpatrick bank in New York. Check it out in the reveal trailer below. Bonus points if you can spot the various disguises that Agent 47 dons throughout the level.

Set during a rainy day at the bank, this mission sees everyone’s favourite assassin following the money and seeking to eliminate the bank’s director. As with other sandbox locations though, you can expect a number of different missions and challenges at the bank that will test your wit. New weapons and new outfits will also be included.

Expansion Pack 1 is available to download tomorrow for Xbox One, PS4, and PC (but only with the full version of the game). Further details are still to come, but expect a number of changes and other fixes when it goes live. You can pick up the expansion separately, or purchase the Expansion Pass, which also gives access to Expansion Pack 2 when it eventually releases.

IO Interactive’s Hitman 2 has been out for a while now, but an assassin’s job is never quite done. The developers have just revealed the roadmap for the game’s post-launch DLC, with the locations Agent 47 will be dispatched to, and the targets he’s going to be taking out.

You’ll be going to Hantu Port and a Prison for new sniper based maps, and a Bank and Resort for free form stealth to take out your targets. Each map will come out in between Spring and Fall and will include a host of new targets, unlockables, assignments, and themes to add to your briefcase. The new content will be available to all Gold Edition owners of the game, as well as all those who bought the expansion pass separately. Spring and Summer content will also be available free of charge to Silver Edition owners. For more details you can check out the roadmap here, or get a visual overview with the image below.

Hitman 2 is the follow up to the Hitman, which was an episodic take on the long-running franchise. The sequel – which was released in one go rather than being split across episodic releases, is the first game in the series to come after developer IO Interactive’s split with their previous publisher, Square Enix. It is available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Okay guys, the new Hitman Elusive Target is now live. At this point, you know how the drill goes- the Elusive Target is an extremely important and valuable target, who won’t show up on your minimap (meaning you need to identify him yourself), and whom you only get one shot at taking out. If you fail to take him out, or die in the process, the Elusive Target is gone forever. Talk about high stakes!

The Elusive Target this time around is The Guru– Richard J. Magee, who will be in Sapienza for a week. He comes with two added complications- players are being instructed that they cannot harm, injure or subdue Keith Keeble, and that they cannot harm, injure or subdue Katherine Feller while they attempt to take him out. This should make things harder, and even more interesting.
