In order to unlock every trophy and achievement in  Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain you would not only need to complete all side ops and main missions, but you would also need to take care of optional mission objectives and complete them faster using the best stealth method. Awakening

Capture an outpost or guard post. You need to fulton or kill every enemy in an outpost or guard post to unlock this trophy/achievement.

Deployment

Complete all key Dispatch Missions. The key is to develop FOB and engage yourself in as many Combat Deployment missions. Another thing to be noted is that you need to grow your motherbase by unlocking more struts and recruiting more soldiers. There are 20 key Dispatch Missions, several Generic Dispatch missions and Response Dispatch missions.

Intruder

Play an “Infiltration” FOB mission.

Cry Havoc

Make D-Dog available for deployment. There is no known location where you can find D-Dog but with a bit of exploration you should find it within the first six missions. I found it randomly during the first three.

Speechless

Make Quiet available for deployment. Don’t kill Quiet during the boss battle.

Extraction

Fulton extract an enemy soldier.

Interrogation

Interrogate an enemy soldier. Simple enough and easy to unlock during your playthrough.

To The Rescue

Extract a female prisoner. Simple enough and easy to unlock during your playthrough. This will occur in one of your side missions.

Platoon

Increase Mother Base staff to 50 or more personnel. Keep fultoning out enemies.

Battalion

Increase Mother Base staff to 250 or more personnel. Keep fultoning out enemies.

Army

Raise all Teams/Units to level 50. Keep fultoning out enemies, earn GMP, complete Side Ops along with main missions, and get specialists on board.

Enhancement

Develop 50 or more development items. Earn GMP by fultoning out enemies and completing missions.

Reinforcement

Develop 100 or more development items. Earn GMP by fultoning out enemies and completing missions.

Locked and Loaded

Develop 300 or more development items. Earn GMP by fultoning out enemies and completing missions.

Architect

Construct all available platforms for Mother Base. Take part in Combat Deployment, complete missions for GMP and resources. This could take a while though.

Prosperity

Earn a total of 10,000,000 GMP or more. I invested around 80 hours in the game and I must say this one is easy than it looks. As usual, you need to be patient.

Conservation

Extract all wild animal species.
